There are certain things to consider when uploading a logo. Your logo should not contain too much empty space. You can remove unnecessary spaces using an image editing program.
When uploading a logo, we recommend using an SVG format. If you don’t have your logo in SVG format, you can upload a transparent PNG logo.

1. Logo Types

The Skalven theme supports three different logo types. This is the standard logo option. When selected, only your uploaded logo will be displayed.
This style is ideal for square or icon-type logos. Upload your logo and enter your Site Title. Both the logo and the site name will appear together. Example usage:
Image + Text Logo
In this style, no image is shown. Only your Site Title will be displayed.
  1. To upload or change your logo, go to Design & branding in the Ghost Admin panel.
  2. In the window that opens, under the Brand tab, locate the Publication logo field and click Upload logo to add your image.
  3. Click Save to apply your changes.

3. Uploading a Logo for Dark Mode

  1. Go to the Design & branding section in the Ghost Admin panel.
  2. In the window that opens, click the Theme tab, locate the Dark mode logo field, and click Upload image to add your dark mode logo.
  3. Finally, click Save to apply your changes.

4. How to change logo size?

  1. Go to Code Injection in the Ghost settings and open the Site Header tab.
  2. Paste the code below into the field provided, then adjust the values to set your preferred logo size.
